Update the roof pitch on my Measurement Order
Summary: Your Measurement Order diagram is fully editable from the project in your RoofSnap app (app.roofsnap.com) so you can update the pitch labels as needed.
Occasionally, a default pitch is applied to the diagram as a placeholder if clear side aspect views of the structure are not available from reference imagery and the angle of the pitch is not able to be assessed.
The technician completing the diagram will include a notification on the order in cases of default pitch or other concerns. The order report will include any such notifications on the second page.

Once you have verified pitch, you can open the editable diagram from the Web App or mobile app projects list. Select Sketch from the project menu.
Once you have opened the Sketch, you will be in Facets mode from the top menu. Select Pitch on the right side menu to expand the list of pitch labels. To label individual facet sections with different pitches, first select the desired pitch on the menu by clicking on the number and you will see a grey highlight indicating it is selected.
Then you can click on the facet marker numbers on the roof sections to apply that label. If all slopes on the roof are the same pitch you can apply the selected pitch value to all facets at once by clicking the (+) button next to the number.
Click Done in the upper right corner to save your changes.
To view the updated pitch and measurements in the Sketch Report, go to the project Documents menu and click the (+) plus button; select Sketch Report from the pop up to generate the new PDF.
