Cancelling a Pending Sketch Order
If you placed a Sketch Order by mistake and need to cancel it, you can do so in the Web App by logging in and selecting the ☰ menu symbol in the upper left-hand corner and clicking on Sketch Orders.
Note that once our Sketch Technicians begin working on an order, the status will change to In Progress and you'll no longer be able to cancel or update the order in your account. If this is the case, please contact support@roofsnap.com, let us know the name or address on the order, and we'll be happy to take care of it for you. If the team hasn't started working on your order yet, it will show Pending as seen below:
Next, click on the Sketch Order you'd like to cancel, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click on Cancel Order.
Note that you can also update the info on this page, such as re-assigning the project's owner to a different user in your account, updating the Notes, or changing the order type from a HalfSnap to a FullSnap. Save these changes by clicking Update Order:
