How to Order a Lighting Report
Log in to your RoofSnap account and click + Add New button in the lower right corner of your screen, then select Measurement Order.
- Enter the property address and verify location
- Select building type: residential, multi-family, commercial and add any additional notes
- Select Lighting Report as the report type
- Give your project a name, verify it's assigned to the correct user and Office
- Under Order Summary, select your delivery type: standard or rush and click Checkout Now
Once the report is ready, you will receive an email and your project will be available in your RoofSnap account. Allowing you to download your measurement report, build estimates, and generate professional estimate proposals, material orders and e-signable contracts.
When should I use a Lighting Report vs a Roof or Gutter Report?
Use a Lighting Report when the primary scope of work involves:
- Decorative lighting
- Seasonal or event-based installs
- Jobs where eaves and rakes measurements are needed specifically for lighting layouts
For full roofing or gutter replacement projects, continue using the standard Roof Measurement Report or Gutter Measurement Report.
