Contract Card — Action Menu (UI)
The single edit icon on contract cards has been replaced with an action menu.
- Menu options shown: Edit template (implemented), View contract, Change estimate, Remove contract (displayed, not implemented in this release).
- Edit template: Opens the existing contract template editor and regenerates the project’s contracts (e-sign and print) using the same estimate that produced the original contracts.
- Scope: Only the current project is affected. Other projects remain unchanged unless their contracts are later regenerated or newly created.
Smart Estimate — Global Action Menu (UI)
A menu icon in the page toolbar opens a global actions menu.
- Status label:
- Updated • Last saved just now (within 1 minute)
- Updated • Last saved N minutes ago” (1–59 minutes)
- Updated • Last saved MM/DD/YYYY at HH:MM” (≥1 hour; user’s time zone)
- Options shown: Save a Copy, Save Changes to Master (displayed, not implemented in this release).
- Matches the provided design across desktop, tablet and phone.
- Smart Estimate — Auto-Save Line Item Order
Drag-and-drop reordering now saves automatically.- The new order is persisted immediately after each drop and the list refreshes in place.
- Your order sticks if you navigate away and return.If auto-save fails, a generic error is shown and items revert to the previous order.
🛠 Bug Fixes - Navigation Bar Missing on Initial Login
Fixed an issue where the top navigation (with logo) did not appear until a manual refresh. The navigation bar now loads immediately after login.
