Summary: You can now manage your RoofSnap contract terms from the Web App Settings menu (note only Account Admin Role users have access to this menu).
From your Projects page on the RoofSnap Web App at app.roofsnap.com, click three white lines ≡ menu button at the upper left of the screen to access the side bar. Under Settings, select Documents.
Within this Documents menu, you can control visibility aspects of various RoofSnap documents and also enter and format your custom contract terms. Get started in your own account settings page at app.roofsnap.com/settings.

Whenever you change one of the visibility controls or stop typing in the contract terms editor, your contract will automatically save. A green status bar will appear near the bottom of your screen to let you know when it has finished synchronizing. The green bar will automatically disappear after a short time.
Contract Terms Toolbar Buttons
Each toolbar button is listed, along with a description of its function, in order of appearance, from left to right.
Undo
Undoes the last change made inside the editor.
Redo
Redoes the last undone change made inside the editor.
Heading Style
Presents a list of heading styles to choose from. Choose paragraph to revert to standard text.
Font Size
Presents a list of font size options to choose from.
Bold
Causes the selected text to become bold or enables bold mode.
Italic
Causes the selected text to become italicized or turns on italic mode for newly entered text.
Underline
Causes the selected text to become underlined or turns on underlining mode for newly entered text.
Superscript
Turns on superscript mode. When you turn this mode on, the text you type next will become superscripted.
Remove Format
Remove’s all formatting applied to selected text. For example, ”Test” would become “test.”
Font Color
Changes the color of the selected text or sets the color for newly entered text.
Font Background Color
Changes the background color of a font. Useful for highlighting.
Bulleted List
Turns selected paragraphs into a bulleted list or starts a new bulleted list. You can also start a new list by typing “-“ followed by a space (without the quote marks). Pressing the down caret (ˇ) will present options for changing the bullet style. Pressing enter will start the next bullet. Pressing enter again without entering text will exit bulleted list mode.

Numbered List
Turns selected paragraphs into a numbered list or starts a new numbered list. You can also start a new list by typing “1.“ followed by a space (without the quote marks). Pressing the down caret (ˇ) will present options for changing the numbering style. Pressing enter will start the next bullet. Pressing enter again without entering text will exit numbered list mode.

Text Alignment
Displays options for aligning text. Choosing an option while a paragraph is selected will change the alignment of the selected paragraph otherwise it will set the alignment of newly entered text.
Increase Indent
This will add space to the left side of the selected paragraph or push the insertion point for new text to the right.
Decrease Indent
This will remove space from the left side of the selected paragraph or push the insertion point for new text to the left. (Note: It is not possible to decrease the indent beyond the initial indent setting.)
Insert Table
This will insert a table with x rows and y columns according to your selection.

Special Characters
Presents a list of special characters. Choosing a character will insert it into the editor.
Examples: ©, ™, ®, £
Image Upload
Inserts an image on your document.
Horizontal Line
Adds a horizontal line that extends from the left page margin to the right.
Page Break
Inserts a marker indicating that the pdf generator should generate a page break at that location. Other page breaks may naturally occur at pdf generation time that will not be visible in the editor.
Tokens
Inserts dynamic text from your RoofSnap project Details menu, such as the Claim Number, or add a text input field that can be used to enter variable text within your contract terms. For example, the text input field can be used for customer initials, or to enter variable aspects like a deposit amount. The text input fields, along with customer signature, can be entered in the respective project documents menu when you select the Signed Contract option.
