Why did my Measurement Order get rejected?
Summary: SketchOS orders may not be completed for multiple reasons. If your order is rejected, you will receive an email notification that explains why, and details your options.
RoofSnap's SketchOS service uses the best available imagery to provide your measurements. Due to the limitations of our licensed aerial imagery sources, some orders may not be able to be completed.
Common issues are listed below.
Limited Imagery: The available imagery may be obstructed by tree-coverage or other structures. In these instances, a Half Snap may be able to be completed for the address, and you'll be instructed to re-order the address if that fulfills your need.
Unverified Location: The address you've ordered could not be tied definitively to a measurable structure. This may occur because of issues with the geolocation of the address. When you place your order, after entering the address, be sure to drag the red location pin to the center of your desired structure.
No Imagery: In some locations, our licensed imagery sources may have no coverage currently. When this is the case, no measurement will be able to be returned. With RoofSnap, you always have the option of uploading your own imagery and measuring for yourself, learn more about imagery importing here.
