Summary: We've released an update to our Sketch Report document that you can generate with your DIY projects. It features larger project images, better formatting, and a dynamic waste table, as well as all the measurements available on the classic report.
Note: The Modern Sketch Report is currently only available on the RoofSnap Web App, we're working to bring it to our mobile apps in the near future.

The Cover Page
Our new reports feature a large cover image along with the customer's address and contact info for you and the homeowner. As with our previous report, if you've uploaded your company's logo to your RoofSnap account, that logo will appear on the cover page as well.
The Measurement Diagrams
If you're familiar with our Classic Sketch Report, you'll recognize the three measurement diagrams in our new report.
Our new report includes:
- A Pitch Diagram that denotes the pitch value for each facet of your project.
- A Measurement Diagram that shows the length of all measured roof lines.
- An Area Diagram that includes each facet's area value in roofing squares.
The diagrams are large and easy to read, and each diagram page includes a running footer with the customer's address information, as well as your contact information.
The Measurement Summary
The biggest addition to the Modern Sketch Report is on the measurements page. Now, in addition to the full linear measurements and pitch breakdown, you'll see our new waste-calculation table. The table includes the actual square count of your project, along with our suggested waste percentage (based on the complexity of your roof.) It also includes other common waste-percentages so you can customize your bid without having to do more math.
The Assessment Pages
If you've used our pins feature to tag inspection photos, estimate items, or notes to your projects, you know it brings much-needed context to your reports. The Modern Sketch Report breaks out the assessment image from the pins list to give you a bigger picture to show your customers.
Your project's pins are now printed on their own page, with clearer formatting for your notes and photos. Your assessment items appear in a list that references the pin numbers seen in the assessment image, so no matter how many pins you apply, you can find it on your project.
