Summary: You can edit a user's settings from the Users tab of your RoofSnap Account.
Their basic info, commission settings, app permissions, and office memberships can all be changed by account admins only.
Basic Info and Commission
Note: Only Account Admins can edit user information.
To edit the user's basic information, navigate to the Users tab of your RoofSnap Account.
Once there, click the Edit button of the user you wish to edit.
From the edit page, you can edit the user's basic information, overhead and commission percentages, commission type, and role. Click the Update button to save your changes.
User Permissions and Office Memberships
Below the user's basic info you'll find a series of check boxes that control some of their app permissions.
A checkmark indicates the user HAS the permission detailed on the left.
Allowed to Edit Line Item Pricing - Gives the user permission to change pricing while building estimates.
Allowed to View Summary Reports - Gives the user permission to generate and view job summary reports, including overhead, commission, job profit, etc.
Allowed to Order SketchOS orders - Gives the user permission to order and bill SketchOS orders to the account. (All users can order SketchOS, but only those with this permission can bill use the "Bill My Subscription" option, which charges the card used for subscription payments.)
Click the Update button to save your changes.
Below the app permissions, you'll find the user's offices.
In order for a user to see the projects in an office, use an office's materials and pricing, or share projects with other users they must be added to the office.
Once you've set up your office(s), you'll find them in the Add User to Office field. Select the office you'd like to add this user to, and click Submit.
