Building Estimate Templates in the Web App

If you often find yourself building similar estimates for your customers, or want to easily include a group of materials in multiple estimates, you can build an estimate template to save yourself time when creating estimates. To get started, log into your account at app.roofsnap.com and create a project or select one you've already created. Click on Estimates:
Now, click the + Add New button in the lower right-hand corner to create a new estimate for this project:
Now give the estimate a name (it doesn't matter what you name it, you'll give the template a name in a moment) and click the + Add New button again to begin adding materials to the estimate:
After selecting the items that you want included in this template, click the menu icon in the upper right-hand corner and select Save As Template:
Give your template a name (this is how you'll select it when building an estimate from it, so make it descriptive) and click Save:
Now when adding an estimate to a project, you'll see the template listed in the Template drop-down. You can select this template and begin building out an estimate from it:
