Accessing Your Deleted Projects List
This feature is currently not available on our Android or iOS platforms. If you need to restore a deleted project, please access our Web App by opening a browser on your device and navigating to app.roofsnap.com.
RoofSnap customers are now able to recover projects that were deleted from their accounts by mistake in our Web App. To see your deleted projects, log in to the Web App here. Then, click the Status dropdown on the Projects page. You'll see a new project category, Deleted. Click here to show your deleted projects:
Restoring Projects
From this view, you can restore any project you've deleted in the past by clicking the Restore button on that project's toolbar:
Alternatively, you can click on the project to check the project's details. Clicking the Restore button on this pop-up will restore the project to your account as well:
