RoofSnap allows you to customize your contract with your own terms and conditions, utilize tokens to pull project information and generate a printable or digitally signed agreement.
Now you have the ability to e-sign within the RoofSnap web and mobile apps!

Step-by-Step Walkthrough (Web App)
Generating an E-Sign Link
- Navigate to the documents screen within your project menu.
- Click the green +Add New button in the bottom right corner and scroll to the Contracts section.
- Select a Signed Contract option (Modern or Classic) and choose your estimate.
- If you have text fields within your contract, fill in any necessary details, then click the black E-Sign Link button in the upper right corner.
- This will copy the unique contract url, allowing you to paste the link into an email or text message and send direct to your customer.
- When you're done, click the green Close button in the upper left corner to return to your documents screen.
Copied Contract
After you click the E-Sign Link button and close your contract, you will see a document available under the Contracts section. This is a copy of your contract, without the customer's signature, that allows you to view the document with your text edits and customer details.

Signed Contract
Once the property owner signs off, a new document will be available under the Contracts section.
