How do I update an account holder's login email?
When asked to update the email on file for an account, be sure to obtain permission from the primary account holder first. We can't update email addresses, even on a sub-user's account, without permission from the primary account holder. Once you've obtained permission, look up the user account in Tuna and click the Edit button:
Now update the User Name (Email) field to the desired email address and click Save:
At this point, the user can now log in with this updated email address. However, you'll still need to update the user's account in SalesForce. Open SalesForce and search for the user, then click Edit:
Update the user's email address here and click Save. You're now finished updating the user's email address.
