If you have an issue with RoofSnap software, your RoofSnap account, or your billing, you can submit a support request.
At the top right corner of this screen, you'll see "Submit a request." Click or tap the link to start your request.
Click or tap "Submit a request" to get started!
You'll be presented with the Support Request submission form. Fill in the relevant details and click submit.

After submitting your request, you'll see a submission success banner at the top of your screen. The RoofSnap Support team will be following up with your request shortly!
Note: When filling in the Subject of your request, you may see articles relevant to your request, you can use these articles to troubleshoot your issue.
