What information is included in my metal roof report?
Your metal roof report includes an area estimate, detailed linear footage for standard roof lines (eaves, rakes, ridges, etc), a detailed diagram of metal panels, and the total number of panels needed to cover the roof.
What customizations can I add to my metal report?
-
Add basic material preferences to your metal report so it includes the linear footage for things like gutters, drip edge, ice & water shield, etc.
- These measurements will be visible under “Category Measurements” on page 4 of the report, and can be easily pulled into the estimation platform to generate material orders and other documents.
-
Create a site map of roof penetrations and accessories so your on-site crew knows exactly what to expect when they arrive.
- Avoid surprises that delay your work schedule and make sure your team comes prepared with everything they’ll need to get the job done.
-
Add inspection notes and photos through Pins.
- While any pin allows you to add notes and photos, the “General Pins” category includes pre-configured options related to common roof issues such as “Leak Area”, “Wind Damage”, etc. These pins make roof inspections easy and help facilitate communication with a homeowner and/or insurance company.
